Oulun Rullalautailijat ry implements a DIY skatepark project in Oulu's Rajakylä. In the project, concrete ramps and other structures suitable for skateboarding will be built in Talvikkipuisto, Rajakylä with the aim of creating a new sustainable DIY skatepark in the area.
